Founded by culinary innovator Nadege Fleurimond, the NYC-based hotspot brings Haiti to the plate through viral creations like plantain sandwiches, lasagna, and waffles. With deep roots in community, Nadege began cooking at 8 and turned food into a tool for connection, education, and cultural pride. BunNan is a celebration of dietary inclusivity, heritage, and flavor reimagined. More than a restaurant, it's a movement sharing the richness of Haiti and the Black diaspora with the world.
